Meet The OAFs

After many questions of “why aren’t their any photos of the team?” … here we all are!

The original OAFs were Carrot (Andrew) and James, although they’re now grandly known as the directors!

Throughout the years we’ve had lots of people helping out and there are many honorary OAFs out there, so thank you to you all!

James’ wife Sue is the Company Secretary,  looks after the books and keeps things organised.

James’ eldest son Tim looks after the website and has a number of years experience in the framing shed and on site with various oak–framed projects. He's currently too far away to be much use, living in New Zealand with his girlfriend Suze

James’ eldest, Tim, lives too far away to be much use, managing Nelson Watersports in NZ, but keeps his hand in doing some framing for Timberworks

Rob, the middlest, is currently in Guatemala managing the Rainbow Cafe in Antigua!

Rob, the middlest, and lives in Antigua, Guatemala and together with his wife Cristi owns and runs one of the oldest restaurants in town – Cafe Rainbow!

Andrew, the youngest, finished his MSci in Geology – He got a 1st! – and is now finishing off a PHD in Edinburgh, living with his soon to be wife Cat.

Andrew, the youngest, at least lives in the UK. He has recently completed a PHD in Geoscience and works at The University of Edinburgh, living with his wife Cat in Pencaitland.

Pepsi was the OAF guard dog most at home in the workshop and is still greatly missed.

Sheba and Tess are the current OAF dogs, and lunch breaks include a mandatory whacking of a tennis ball across the field for them to chase!
